Long Runs
Long runs consist of accompanied and scenic trail runs, varying from 15 to 70km, and taking place in Vaud, Valais, Bern and the other nearby cantons.

Anyone with a basic trail running fitness can take part in a long run.

Besides the long runs showed below, personalized trail runs and multi-day trail running trips are also possible.

I will be responsible of organizing the run, informing the participants on what and how to prepare, adapting the pace to everyone's level and ensuring the safety on the given day.

Trips to and from the starting location are not included in the prices listed below, but a solution for shared trips can always be found. Meals are also not included in the price.
